Tomoko Yamada
The Shirayaman Songstress
A cheerful and beautiful young woman from Shirayama who wields a katana. Known in Algard as Shirayama no Utahime or The Shirayaman Songstress, Tomoko weaves her spells into her music, specializing in arcane healing and select occult rituals.Her true form is that of a young kitsune with pale pink hair that reaches her knees.Tomoko left her quiet hometown of Takakawa at the age of 23, chasing after her beloved Mordecai after he disappeared in the night. Her travels brought her across Algard, across the Nyrean Ocean, to the unknown lands of Eviolosk.After her adventures in Eviolosk alongside numerous companions who were each legendary in their own right that lead to the dissolution of the Veil, Tomoko and Mordecai got married and started a family as they traveled across Eviolosk and Algard spreading the stories of their adventure. Some time later, Tomoko was granted the title of Saint by the newly renewed goddess Lissim for everything she had done in her service both before and since the fall of the Veil.
Thyra Teravathinia
The Second Queen of Mirin
Thyra is the first born daughter of Queen Elisra Teravathinia and current heir to the throne. She is 33 years old and the twin sister of Kayldrin, with whom she shares an empathic link and is engaged in an incestuous relationship with. Her father is the vampiric Duke Venlim of Karzsh, making her a dhampir.As a child Thyra was quite bratty and pompous, but she quickly grew up into a refined young lady. She's the very picture of elegance and holds herself proudly. She is thoughtful and humble to a fault, and strives to set a good example for those around her. She makes her job look easy and she looks good doing it.Her grace and personality have made her very popular among her people, and she dedicates herself to providing for them. In her mind, her kingdom is nothing without its people, and it is her duty to serve them first and foremost.She's a practical diplomat and does everything she can to try and reach outcomes where all parties in an argument come out satisfied. In conflict, she is slow to act and
strives to both see and understand every perspective she can before attempting resolution. She has no qualms with lying or manipulating to achieve her goals, though she is generally well-intentioned in doing so.There are very few people who can see through Thyra's ironclad facades, but those who might would see a woman barely holding it together most days under the tremendous pressure and stress of being the one chosen to succeed the legendary Queen Elisra.She is an imperfect perfectionist.

Upon seeing a succubus in a nun's habit, one might assume she's attempting the tempt the pious into sin and give in to lust, but it soon becomes clear it's nothing of the sort. Lumina is as devout as they come despite her demonic heritage. Born and raised within the walls of Saint Mary's Convent and Church of the Sacred Heart, Lumina has spent her life in the service of the Lord. She has a very close relationship with the head priest, Father Cain.

Nephysia is a sly cheerful tiefling from the port town of Westwick. Abandoned as a child, she took to picking locks and pockets to get by. After a lengthy stint in a gang of non-humans, she set off once again on her own shortly after reaching adulthood. She's a bit of a klutz, but is quick enough on her feet to help get herself out of most situations. She's rarely seen without her beloved pet rat, Percival.
Rayne Felcress
The Maid and the Monster
Rayne is a stoic young woman from Naerinth who previously served as a maid under Lord Alistair Naerinth.
From a young age, Rayne has been haunted by a monstrous nightmare creature known as Vul'Kyr, the First of the Loyal. Alistair adopted her from her parents to help develop her latent psychic abilities and learn more about Vul'Kyr. Over time Rayne came to understand that though the monster fed on her fear, he was actually her loyal protector and had been since her youth.
While she has some powerful psychic defensive capabilities, Rayne has very little experience in battle and relies on Vul'Kyr to protect her by slaughtering her foes.

The Gentle Forest Healer
Juniper is a young elf-born Aasimar from the small forest village of Eldaneen. From an early age she was blessed with the ability to heal, and as such she has made it her life's goal to help those in need. She is a pacifist by nature, though doesn't try to control anyone else's choices. When a fight breaks out, she plays a supportive role and heals those who need it. She is slow to open up to new people but over time becomes fiercely loyal and protective of those she cares about. She is almost foolishly optimistic and believes anyone and everyone is capable of being redeemed.

The Lazy Witch
A short, quiet witch with pink hair and purple eyes, marked with tired dark circles underneath. She's often unassuming, keeping to herself when she can and using portals to make a quick escape from awkward social situations when she can't. She spends her time sleeping in until the afternoon and staying up late into the early morning hours working on spells, potions, and rituals. She'll occasionally leave the comfort of her home to sell her goods when she needs money for something but often finds it hard to even draw enough attention in public to get customers.Luckily, she seems to be able to take care of herself just fine.
Lilia ti Ravostram-Crawford
The Healer of the Wind
A shy young Praian lady from a branch family of House ti Ravostram. Lilia is an adept healer and follower of Lorryll, the goddess of light and healing. She left home at the age of 19, fleeing from her obsessive twin brother Edwin after he made an attempt on the life of her betrothed.
Lilia is a very unassuming young woman, often keeping her head down and following orders when given from a place of any authority with little question. She has her own sense of justice however, and while she's not strong enough to stand up for anyone (much less herself) she goes out of her way to help those in need.

Neliamara Saphiria Jireaux is the cursed youngest child of the Jireaux family, the Sworn of Domain Jireaux in northern Istrania. Very little was expected of Neliamara for the majority of her life, and she kept mostly to herself. Despite her family being one of a powerful sorcerer's bloodline, Neliamara was born entirely unable to perform magic. To compensate, she delved deeply into the runic arts and swordplay. On her 10th birthday, she performed the same ceremony each of her five older siblings had done before her on theirs, wielding the ceremonial Black Blade Faranae that had been passed down for generations and attempting to draw him from his scabbard. Dutiful, quick-witted, and courageous, Priscilla is an honorable young woman who has dedicated herself to serving her Lord and pursuing the path to knighthood.

The Hermit Witch
Elaerys is a young hermit elf dedicated to the healing arts. She loves nature and animals, and fears most people. She can speak to animals and much prefers their company, shying away from interactions with strangers and barely being able to stutter out a few quiet words to those who stand on two legs. Feredir is her familiar, a stoic and protective osprey.
Livinia Ravenwell
The Transient Sorcerer
Livinia is a bubbly young sorceress from a long line of exorcists. Her cheerful demeanor betrays a fear and sadness of being forgotten like the ghosts she and her family deal with. She lives every day to her fullest and her love for life is hard to match.
Livinia's magical bloodline grants her ghostly ectoplasmic powers at the cost of her own connection to the Material Plane, which she uses to help the restless spirits of the world find peace and move on.
She keeps a journal with notes and the stories of every spirit she's ever exorcised, in hopes that some day her stories will be published so the memories of those she has helped (and by extension, her own) will never be forgotten.

Erykha is the eldest daughter of a large family of farmers, and the elder sister of Priscilla. She likes to drink and feast, though she knows how to control herself. She has a strong sense of justice, and fights for those who cannot defend themselves. She's hard to make an enemy of, though she has little tolerance or patience for those who are rude simply for the sake of it.
Cassandra Fontaine
Luck's Lady
Cassandra "Cass" Fontaine was born from nothing and is determined to never live a life of poverty again. She's had to fend for herself from a very young age, and as such puts little faith in others. She primarily works as a mercenary, though she never takes any job she doesn't think she could handle alone if it came down to it.
Amelie
The Dependent Medium
Amelie is a meek young woman from a small frozen village in the tundra. She keeps very much to herself, spending her days in her home knitting clothing for the village and only interacting with others as necessary. Her constant companion is Mordan, a haughty and boisterous spirit of unknown origin.
Ayana Chiranyel

Ayana wants nothing more in life than to relax and live easy. Her inquisitive but foolish younger brother Abe seems unwittingly determined to prevent that.
Selfish, petty, vain and hedonistic, she would rather live an easygoing life of relaxation than do a hard day's work. That being said, Ayana is incredibly efficient and resourceful and will put her all into dealing with things that need to be dealt with.
She fights with a bow and arrow, and is quite a skilled hunter.
Rinze Nelrish
The Demon of Kenabres
Born and raised in Kenabres, Rinze Nelrish was sired by an unknown demonic entity during the assault on Kenabres that triggered the beginning of the Fourth Crusade against the Worldwound. She lived much of her childhood hidden in her mother's home before she was whisked away in an attempt to flee the city, an event that would cause the death of her mother under mysterious circumstances that Rinze can't remember.
Hated and feared for most of her life due to her appearance and heritage, Rinze grew bitter and withdrawn from the world, sticking mainly to her adoptive family and those few in the city who treated her with any kindness. In her youth, she discovered a demonic rage within her that may have consumed her had she not been trained by the dragon Terendelev who taught her meditation and self control.

The Warmth in the Cold
Where Luka came from is a mystery. One day, a white wolf appeared on the outskirts of the frozen village of Fravayak carrying a flame-haired infant bundled up in her jaws. The child was adopted and raised by the village shaman, Ilioka, and grew into a quiet but bright young girl.Despite her young age, Luka is a talented hunter alongside her wolf companion, Kaia. She tends to keep to herself, but is respectful of her elders and the traditions of the village.

Ernisha was born and raised in Istrania, and from a young age has thirsted for arcane knowledge. She will go to just about any length to gain any information she can and hastily scribble it down in one of her numerous journals using the quill pen she has tucked into the brim of her cap. Her notes are incomprehensible to most as she writes in multiple different languages with her own unique shorthand.

Avalora Mirafel was born in Molthune to wealthy but overbearing parents. When she was old enough to set off on her own, she traveled north past the war torn borders to Nirmathas before settling in Longshadow and opening her own jewelry shop, Mirafel's.Avalora is a serious and somewhat aloof woman who adores crystals, gems, and jewels to an extent that might make a dwarf blush. She's made it her life's passion to not only craft jewelry but to enchant it as well, using her own psionic abilities to enhance their effects.
